Meet Jai Drennan

Jai Drennan is a compassionate and experienced Trauma informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, Yin Yoga Teacher, and Nervous System Regulation Coach, with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys.
With a Diploma in Health and Mental Health, Jai integrates her extensive knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit to create transformative experiences for her clients.

Methodology
As a Nervous System Regulation Coach,
Jai specializes in helping individuals expand their window of tolerance, empowering them to build resilience and navigate stress, anxiety, and trauma with greater ease.
Through a combination of breathwork, reiki, yin yoga, and nervous system regulation techniques, Jai supports clients in returning to a state of balance, improving emotional regulation, and fostering a sense of safety within their bodies.

Her practice is deeply rooted in creating a safe, nurturing environment for women and men, where they can explore and release emotional blockages and trauma.
Jai is also passionate about teaching others, offering workshops, training programs, and one-on-one mentorship to those seeking to deepen their practice or become healers themselves. Her trauma-informed approach ensures that all individuals feel held and supported as they learn and integrate holistic practices into their own lives.
